Because you don’t rent a jumping castle everyday, here are the answers to many common questions.

How much space is required for the jumping castle?
We have large and small jumping Castles.
The fish tank and Pirate Castle are quite large, so a space of at least 5m Length x 5m Width x 4m Height is required. The Rainbow castle is smaller and only needs an area of 3.5 meters round, plus a meter for the blower.

What surfaces can a jumping castle be set up on?
Our castles can be set up on grass, gravel, concrete, timber or carpet, as long as the ground is relatively flat and free from obstacles. We use weights to secure the jumping castle, so there is no need to worry about pegs or stakes in your lawn.

What payment methods are available?
We prefer cash on drop off, however we can accept credit cards and eftpos or direct deposit by prior arrangement. Full payment must be made before setup can take place.

How long can I hire the jumping castle for?
All our castles are hired out on a half day or full day basis. A half day booking covers up to 4 hours, whereas a full day booking covers up to 7 hours. Drop off and pickup time can be negotiated. For safety reasons we cannot pack up in the dark, so pick up must be before dark (during daylights savings 8.30pm and during the rest of the year 6pm).
Castles cannot be left overnight, unless they are inside a building (i.e school hall).

What safety features do you provide?
All our castles are weighted down to ensure they won’t move once set up. All four corners of the castle are secured with heavy sand bags.
Our castles walls are fully inflatable (no cheap, nasty mesh or pvc picture walls), to ensure that children can safely bounce against the walls without any worry of walls collapsing or small fingers getting caught.
High quality landing mats are provided and are positioned at the front / side of each castle.
C & C Jumping Castles has $10 million public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

What age and how many children are allowed in the jumping castle?
All our jumping castles are designed for children of ages 2 up to 13, with an individual weight of up to 55kg. The number of children using the castle at any one time should not exceed 12. If adults are using the castle keep in mind the weight of each person and ensure that the total weight of people using the castle is not more than 660 kilos. To keep the kids safe try and have big people jump with big people and little people jump at the same time as little people.

How long does it take to set up / pack up a castle? Who does all the work?
We deliver the Jumping Castle, set it up, show you everything you need to know about the castle and then return to dismantle the castle at the agreed time. It takes between 10-20 minutes to set up the castle and event less time to clean and pack away the castle.
We do all the work, the only thing you need to do is supervise the children attending your function (or for an additional fee we can provide qualified Gymnastic coach to supervise the children at your function).
